Thanksgiving with the Stimpsons
This year we celebrated Thanksgiving Stimpson style. We celebrated with pumpkin pie, apple pie and pumpkin pie ice cream. All of the normal trimmings and the world's best squash. It was Cahill's first gluten free Thanksgiving so we included a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting and the world's best baguettes by Against the Grain. We survived the holidays and are safely home excited to sleep in our own beds..Thank you Alice for all of your hard work to make this holiday special for all of us. We love you so much! What an incredible treat it is to go to someone's house who has prepared everything for you.

Ashlynn's Birthday Part II
I have to admit with all the parties I have planned, this has been my favorite. I was so excited for the theme kitties. My girls love love love cats and anything cats. This is also the first year that Ashlynn really got into having a birthday and a party. It was also the first year that my whole party was gluten free. Ashlynn was in all her glory eating cake and opening a lot of kitten presents. Thank goodness she did not insist to lick everyone good-bye as she tries to do to me everyday. Sweet baby girl turns a whopping 3 years old what will this momma do?

Trick or Treat
My girls are currently kitty crazy! Ashlynn crawls around the house asking to be petted and tries to lick you. So of course when faced with the decision for dressing up they had to be kitties.
Applesauce
This year we decided to attempt to make homemade applesauce to add to our winter stash. I did not realize how much fun the kids would have with the apple peeler and the apple skins. Ashlynn peeled about ten apples herself while Cahill ate them and played with the long skins
