Birthday Day!!!

On Ashlynn's actual day of birth she went out on a date day with mommy. We went out to eat at Megan's restaurant. It was hilarious as Ashlynn has never really been out to eat since she was a little baby. She had a blast touching everything and just staring out the window. She had a huge sundae for dessert. But the best part of the whole thing for her was having Megan wait on us. She had huge smiles..After lunch we went to Toys r us to but a couple toys with her birthday money. Of course she picked out Littlest Pet Shoppe and a marble run..(which we love)

Birthday Party Snowman

Lily, Lois and Sophia stayed a little after the party and played outside with my girls. They rolled and rolled and rolled snow around until pretty much the yard was empty.

The Frozen Party

The best part about Ashlynn's Birthday was the one inch of snow we received over night. I had so much fun planning and decorating for this party. I chose to do a simple cake with fun free decorations. Ashy had a blast eating and opening fantastic presents. All of the girls even made it outside to make their very own Olaf snowman.

Apple Picking

I enjoy apple picking each year with my family and friends. I love the fall colors, pumpkin donuts, tart apples and of course the fact that it only takes fifteen minutes to fill a bushel of apples. This year Michelle and I took a total of seven kids apple picking and as usual it was a blast..(next week is pumpkin picking)

Ashlynn's cartwheels

Cartwheels, Cartwheels and more Cartwheels

This fall Cahill has been doing gymnastics at the YMCA with some of her friends. This is absolutely her favorite part of each week. But each week she struggles with doing cartwheels. A friend of mine mentioned having her watch the McKenna Gymnastics movie on Netflix. Well after watching the movie all we do is practice cartwheels everywhere. This week at gymnastics I saw her do a almost perfect cartwheel. (I am not sure who was more excited Cahill or I)

Suprise Birthday

This year for my dad's Birthday, his girlfriend rented a house in Boyne Mountain and paid for all of us to come and suprise my dad. Justin even flew in to stay the weekend. My dad's reaction was priceless and he was a very happy and thankful man. My girls loved spending time getting to know Uncle Justin and snuggling with him. Of course Kurt and dad loved the golf course and the kids and I enjoyed the waterpark.

Little ballerina and Science Experiments

Okay I admit it, we have way too much at my house. This year at co-op Cahilll is taking a ballet class and a hands on science class and among a few more. We decided this week to bring our experiment to Ashlynn and she loved it also..

Swinging

A couple of weeks ago Ashy finally figured out how to pump all by herself. It was so cute to see how both Cahill and Ashlynn were excited about this new accomplishment.
