Ashlynn seems to be growing faster then a weed this year. She decided this winter to jump from 2T clothes straight to 4T. She has finally shown signs of possible obedience, even though she is still a stink pot. But all in all she only wants to wrestle with anyone anytime. She loves to play with her little people and mommy and baby cow and reindeer are her favorite. She is always willing to share when asked nicely and always willing to fight when not asked nicely. She loves junk food and hates to eat anything remotely healthy. She is terrified of anything fruit related. If you stick a raspberry on her plate she literally freaks out. Her favorite books are Pappa Picolo, Madeline and We are Going on a Bear Hunt. Her favorite movie is still The Lion King even though she sings "Let it Go" from Frozen all of the time.

Random photos of my cuties
Here a few shots of my cute little dress up dolls. This year we planted strawberry plants and the last photo is of Cahill picking her very first strawberry. I also have a photo of the Jenga blocks I bought from a yard sale for $.25 which my children love.
Stimpson's Wedding in Ludington
June has been a very busy month for us with weddings, memorial's, three graduation parties, vacation bible school, volleyball tournaments and family parties. A couple weekends ago we attended a wedding for Kurt's cousin Todd and Whitney. The weather turned out to be incredible so there was a lot of pool fun. The cousins had so much fun playing together. There was a lot of card playing and Little Pet shop playing. Of course all the kids would have stayed the entire time in the pool if the adults would have allowed. Alice was amazing bringing gluten free cupcakes and snacks that all the grandkids could enjoy without Cahill feeling left out.

Cynthia Claire CeCe
The highlight of the past week for the girls was baby C.C.. Not only they did they see a real live baby, they were able to hold and kiss the baby. I am pretty sure C.C. was not as excited to be held by them as they were to be holding her. What a beautiful baby girl and so sweet. I almost had a heart attack watching my baby hold a baby as she seemed SO big .
Grandpa and Me
My girls love their grandpa so very much. They love to steal his hat and love to be spun or danced with. Grandpa loves to terrorize the girls and wind them up..
AWANA - Sparks 2014
This year was Cahill's third year at AWANA but her first year in Sparks. I was so proud of her for finishing her book and memorizing all of the scriptures. She is such a rockstar!!!
Easter 2014
As my children get older I keep trying to dig deeper into the holidays so that they have deeper understanding. This year I found a great article (I think from Focus on the Family), that had some amazing ways to teach children about Jesus and the gravity of Easter. One of the ideas was to use printable and wrap them around toilet paper rolls. Boy was this a hit, Cahill wanted to hear the story with the figurines so many times she had it memorized. When her daddy came home she was able to act out the story with her people for her dad.
Nathan's Birthday (double digits)
