A couple years ago I was introduced to Kombucha and fell in love. I love the Synergy brand and the flavor Trilogy was my favorite. As with most obsessions, they get expensive fast. So three months ago I decided I would start to make some of my very own. But I was crazy enough to actually make my own Mother instead of buying which made the whole process even more crazy. It took over two months to grow the perfect SCOBY then another two weeks to make the kombucha. I flavored the drink with organic raspberries and fresh ginger. So if anyone local is thinking about making their own just let me know and I would be more then happy to provide them with their very own SCOBY!
